Orlovacko Lake
It is located in the very center of the Zelengora mountain, which is part of the Sutjeska National Park. It is located at an altitude of 1,438 m, and it is one of the natural glacial lakes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The average depth of the lake is about 5 m, the length is about 350 m and the width is about 100 m. The lake is surrounded by the peaks of Orlovac and Orlovača on the eastern side, Bregoč to the southeast, Stogi to the south and Ljeljen to the north.
Zelengora is a mountain in the southeastern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, known for a large number of glacial lakes, the most famous of which are Orlovačko jezero, Kotlaničko jezero, Štirinsko jezero, Jugovo jezero, Gornje Bare and Donje Bare. The highest peak of Zelengora is Bregoč (2,014m), and next to it there are ten other peaks that are about 2,000m above sea level. Zelengora is rich in plant and animal life, and Perućica, the only remaining rainforest in Europe, stands out.
